📌 Placing an Order

When messaging your order request, please provide clear and specific details.

✅ Shirt color
✅ Design idea / wording
✅ Photos (if included)
✅ Date needed

⚠️ RUSH ORDERS WITH PHOTOS can ONLY be done on WHITE T-SHIRTS.

Once all details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent for payment.

💳 Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any design work or production begins.
No exceptions.

Invoices must be paid within 24–48 hours or the order will be automatically canceled.

🎨 Design Proofs

• A mockup will be sent for approval (if applicable).
• Once approved, no further edits or changes can be made.
• Please double-check spelling, photos, and dates before confirming.

⏱️ Processing Time

Standard processing is 7–14 business days (not including shipping).
Production time may vary based on order volume.

⚡ Rush Orders & Fees

Need it faster? Rush options are available:

Rush orders must be approved first to confirm availability.
Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.

Orders missing details will not begin until all information is received.
This may extend your turnaround time.

🚫 Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made:

• No refunds or exchanges once production has started
• If canceled before design work begins, only 50% is refundable
• Bjane Kustomz is not responsible for shipping carrier delays
